Change the judge registration form

When a judge creates a VentureDash account, they are automatically asked their first and last name, email address, and date of birth. If you want to collect additional information from judges, you can do so through the Registration Forms page:

1. From the competition host view, click the "Registration Forms"  link in the navigation sidebar
2. Click "Judge registration form" form the list of forms
3. Click the "New Question" button at the end of the list of questions.
4. Add your question and be sure to click "Save" before exiting.
