Change the Entrepreneur & Business regitration forms

When an entrepreneur creates a VentureDash account, they are automatically asked their first and last name, email address, and date of birth. Businesses are required to give their business name. If you want to collect additional information from entrepreneurs or businesses, you can do so through the Registration Forms page:

1. From the competition host view, click the "Registration Forms"  link in the navigation sidebar
2. Click the corresponding form that you want to edit (i.e. "Entrepreneur registration form").
3. Click the "New Question" button at the end of the list of questions.
4. Add your question and be sure to click "Save" before exiting.
